There's no cost to wet a line this weekend in Ohio as the state's popular Free Fishing Days return. The state has sponsored a weekend of free fishing each year since 1993 to promote outdoor family activities, as well as its lakes and rivers. Marietta resident Scott Burns, 36, said he has fond memories of fishing with his parents when he was a child. He was looking for fishing gear Wednesday at a local retailer.
