TOM, Okla. (AP) - An Edmond man who was fishing with his 8-year-old son drowned after falling from a boat. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 37-year-old Wayne Anthony Roberts and his son were fishing at a farm pond in McCurtain County on Saturday when he fell from the boat. Troopers say Roberts couldn't swim and was not wearing a flotation device. The two were fishing in a pond near the town of Tom in far southeastern Oklahoma.
